HOTSY TOTSY FREEZE DRIED CANDY

If you have never had it before it is a refreshing Watermelon Pop that is covered with Chili powder.  The taste is a fruity sweet candy with a noticeable kick of chili spice which gives off tingling heat on the tongue.
